Missing merchandise
I would love to review this knife, but I never got it. The post office said it was delivered to my mailbox, which has a key to open it, but it wasn’t. I realize it’s not y’all’s fault, but until I can take it up with the PO, I can’t review it. I bet it’s beautiful, and I’m sure the person I purchased it for would’ve thought so too.

I was really hoping this would be a good EDC, unfortunately it's not sharp at all, very stiff and heavy. It's a beautiful knife, but there where a few spots where there was resin or glue that had dropped and the wood wasn't flush. I think my biggest disappointment was the engraving. It was an EXTREMELY sentimental phrase and the way its positioned you cant even see it. This knife will look beautiful on the mantel next to pictures that show why I had it made, its just not practical for me in the capacity I had hoped.

The Perfect Eagle Scout Keepsake
I've now purchased a total of eight knives from White Hills Knives, and that alone should say something about my confidence in their products and service.

Such a beautiful knife
I’ve had comments on my knife. It’s truly a beautiful piece of work used it the other day for the first time very smooth, opening and shutting and very sharp blade.
The only reservation is that the opening and closing is a little stiff, but that will loosen up. I oiled it and it's easier already. Quality construction is most important for me, and this looks like it has it. I had to sharpen it, but that's OK. I just got it, so I can't say yet whether it will hold its edge. Guys with big hands might find it a little small.
Pros:
Beautiful and extremely well made knife having an incredibly easy to use and soft opening action.
Cons:
Overly thick and unnecessarily thick and super heavy casing for its size.
The lock release protrudes out toi much making it very uncomfortable to hold and handle.
Regardless of its faults, I am happy enough with this purchase…
