Return & Exchange Policy
We only accept return on steel if you get Damage or Defective product otherwise we do not accept returns on steel. There are several reasons for this but the two biggest are:
- Damascus designs & holders are proprietary property and once someone has them in their possession, the pattern and designs can be stolen and/or reproduced.
- We have found that no one can reproduce our product unless they have one in their hand. Therefore to protect ourselves, once you buy it you own it. We have stayed in business through our great customer service, we will look at each case individually.

Return & Exchange
We are happy to return and refund Leather products:
- In case you received a defective item, the customer has up to 7 days from date of receipt to request for refund or exchange for a new one.
- In case you received a wrong item, Items must be returned in its original and unused condition & must also be in its original box and packing.
- We do not allow refunds or exchanges because of change of mind.
- We do not allow refunds or exchanges because of Size Issue. It's your responsibility to check the size guide which is attached on each product page.
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return. We are not able to accept returns on any products that have opened and used.
- Any paid shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please read all description provided as a guide before you bid. While every step has been taken to ensure that we ship out correct item, there will be occasion when you receive items that are different from the description. In such case, we ask that you contact us immediately so we may remedy the situation. Your satisfaction is important to us and we value your business.
Items to be returned/refunded must be returned in sale-able condition in order to receive a full refund. In order to initiate the return process please follow these steps:
- Have your original order number ready.
- Contact our Customer Service 24/7 by email at email@example.com
- When your order is approved for return/refund, we will e-mail you.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Custom & Personalized (engraved) items are deemed Final Sale and are not able to be returned or refunded. Full payment is required for custom orders.
- Discounted & Sale items are Non-Refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
