Return & Exchange Policy

Whitehillsknives guarantees all its products for the lifetime of the original purchaser. If your item has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no additional charge. Please contact Customer Service to make the arrangements.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. White Hills Knives is not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or items lost after delivery.

    White Hills Knives proudly stands behind all its products. If you would like to return or exchange a product, please read our return and exchange policies below.

    Return & Exchange:

    We are happy to return and refund any product you are not satisfied with within 30 days of its shipping date. Items to be returned/refunded must be returned in saleable condition to receive a full refund. 

    • In case you receive a defective item, the customer has up to 30 days from the date of receipt to request for refund or exchange for a new one.

    • In case you received the wrong item, Items must be returned in their original and unused condition & must also be in their original box and packing.

    • We do not allow refunds or exchanges because of change of mind.

    • We do not allow refunds or exchanges because of Size Issues. It's your responsibility to check the size guide which is attached to each product page.

    • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return. We are not able to accept returns on any products that have been opened and used.

    • Any paid shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Please read all descriptions provided as a guide before you bid. While every step has been taken to ensure that we ship out the correct item, there will be occasions when you receive items that are different from the description. In such a case, we ask that you contact us immediately so we may remedy the situation. Your satisfaction is important to us and we value your business.

    Items to be returned/refunded must be returned in the saleable condition to receive a full refund. To initiate the return process please follow these steps:

      1. Have your original order number ready.
      2. Contact our Customer Service 24/7 by email at info@whitehills.us 
      3. When your order is approved for return/refund, we will e-mail you.
      4. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
      5. Custom & Personalized (engraved) items are deemed Final Sale and are not able to be returned or refunded. Full payment is required for custom orders.
      6. Discounted & Sale items are Non-Refundable.

    Damages and issues:

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items:

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Natural materials like Bone, Micarta, Ram Horn, Buffalo Horn and wood behaves according to temperature they are kept in, please be considerate of the fact that the said materials will last you longer, if they are kept at suitable temperature. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Exchanges:

    We understand that occasionally an item may not fit or that you may want to exchange an item for something else. In order to best serve our customers we ask that any exchange be treated as a return and that the new, correct item be ordered separately. This system avoids the potential for the item wishing to be exchanged becoming out of stock while your exchange is in transit to us and helps us maintain oversight of our inventory.

    Lost or Stolen Packages

    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. Sometimes the shipping company will mark tracking as 'delivered' when the package reaches your local post office. These packages are typically delivered the next business day or can be picked up from your local post office. Please take note of the shipment tracking that is emailed to you so that you can see the shipping progress and the estimated delivery date.

    Shipping Delays

    By ordering from us, you agree with our posted processing and shipping times. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors outside of our control can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping time exceeds normal posted times, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
