I purchased the damascus knife for my grandson's 16th birthday and he loves it.

I got this knife from a knife convention and fell on love with it. After trying to use it to cut a thin, transparent strip at work, I realized how dull it was. This knife couldn't cut anything, even though I was told and it was sharp. Now, I have an expensive knife that can't be a knife.
Avoid this at all costs!!

The knife was so worth the money I paid for it and it looks and the material that it was made out of and the design is so amazing and I really appreciate the fast delivery from Sacramento to Redmond Oregon in only 3 days I will definitely use this site again

The knife is pretty well made and feels very solid. It arrived with scuffs on the blade that I polished out. The stacked leather portion of the handle is not flush with the horn, but will take care of that, too. It did not arrive sharp at all. I can wrap my hand around it without fear of getting cut. I will correct that, too.

It's a pretty piece, feels nice and solid, but some attention to detail is needed to improve the rating.

I purchased a set of 5 knives with a price tag over 500.00. I may have used them 3 times at the most and discovered one knife was defective. I wrote the company (about 6 weeks had passed since purchase) to request a replacement. The policy is they will only repair not replace and they want that to be within 30 days. Knives that are truly made of quality workmanship should last for many years and good companies replace products not only repair them. I offered to send back the defective knife if they sent me a replacement but they refused. The knives look beautiful but with a poor return policy I would not suggest anyone purchase from this company. There are too many other companies out there to use this company who represents poor quality and poor customer service.

I was excited about giving birthday present.nthe knife is nice, good quality. The sheath is crappy. I'm so disappointed I have to try and find a sheath.... whitehills one won't even keep the knife in one place. It was a HUGE part of the gift due to this person was going to wear it everyday.. I needed a combo not just a knife.

Thank you guys for a really nice knife. I love it... The sheath is nice and the grip I can get on the handle is amazing 😍. The brass fittings are a bit sharp but that's an easy fix. Thank you so much for a beautiful addition to my collection.

I ordered a beautiful blue knife for ❤️My Husband. I got a rainbow colored mostly red- and my husband hates red. Very disappointed it was engraved as ordered and it did arrive before it said it would. The pictures are of what I ordered versus what I got.

For his 13th birthday, our son asked for a “grown up” knife. As a knife nerd, I wanted a quality knife for him. He wanted Damascus with a blue handle. The knife we received was great. Like many others, I used some WD40 and compressed air. He loves it. Thanks for making a knife he’ll use for years

No one should fear ordering from this company. You will get an awesome knife, and if there are ANY issues, they will be promptly taken care of - at the expense of the store.

I ordered a knife with engraved sheath but it was hard to read. Contacted customer service to see if they’d replace with engraved blade. Was on short timeline. They shipped a new one immediately while I returned original. Got in 2 days. Love the engraving. Nice quality knife.

Pakistani rip off clone

Just received my knife looks fine but when open the blade moves left and right Very hard to operate the locking release and the blade is far from sharp which was a question I asked before ordering so they lied to me If you will check eBay you can buy the same knife for about 1/3 the price Very cheap made knife Lesson learned if you want a good knife buy Gerber or Kershaw

Read a return policy before buying! There is NO return on knives! You cannot even cancel your order! I never encounter this. I qould NEVER buy from a company like that!!!

For what I paid for this knife, I am not satisfied whatsoever. However, it arrived with rust on the blade & is far from sharp. Not to mention the blade is off centered from the tang. The one good thing I can say is that it was shipped to me in a timely manner. Either way, I will not be purchasing from this company again.

I ORDERED THE Handmade Damascus Steel Hunting Knife Stag Handle & Brass Bolsters with Leather Sheath × 1 @ $124 INCLDING SHIPPING. THE KNIFE ITSELF IS SMALL,,THE BONE HANDLE IS ACTUALLY TOO SMALL FOR MY GRIP BUT OF GOOD QUALITY. I GIVE THE KNIFE AN OVERALL RATING OF 8 ON A 1 -10 SCALE WITH 10 BEING THE BEST.

THE SHEATH IS WHERE MY REAL DISAPPOINTMENT COMES INTO PLAY. THE BELT STRAP IS MADE OF A CUT OF LEATHER THAT IS WAAAAY TO THIN AND FLIMSY ALLOWING THE ENTIRE KNIFE AND SHEATH TO MOVE AROUND TOO MUCH. ALSO THERE IS NO RETENTION STRAP ACROSS THE TOP OF THE KNIFE HANDLE WHICH ALLOWS FOR EVEN MORE MOVEMENT OF THE KNIFE AWAY FROM THE BODY AS WELL AS MAKING IT LESS SECURE IN THE SHEATH. I SUPPOSE I WILL BE VISITING MY LEATHER WORKER TO HAVE THE SHEATH DONE PROPERLY.

When making a quality claim in the allotted 7 day period, white hill staff was rude and unhelpful despite making a $200+ dollar purchase with their company. Kitchen knife set is dull and the worsen handles are split. Very disappointed.

Received a knife for Christmas and wanted to exchange it, was told I couldn’t because I had to do it within 2 days of shipment. Kind of hard when it is a gift. The other thing is the sharpness. I butcher as a hobby and this was one of the dullest knives I have had that was new. I would stay away from this company and find someone in the Midwest that cares about their quality and service.

Knife looks nice but is very small. I was expecting a Buck knife size and thickness. I use these knives in my work.

Only bottom of blade was sharpened. The top fwd and gut hook were never sharpened, just flat stock. Customer service never replied back to me.

I got this for my husband for Christmas and it came really fast actually came within a week or less. This was his first Damascus knife. I got the engravings on it and I got the camel bone handle. It has some really good weight to it. You can tell it's a true Damascus, I love the engraving on it. I'm definitely going to go through this shop for all of his future knives.
