Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

99% of WHITE HILLS KNIVES orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours.

Once shipped, time in transit will depend on your location and which carrier
we use. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 8 business days.

WHITE HILLS KNIVES currently ships only to the USA and Canada.

Standard Shipping cost is a flat rate of $5.99. All orders over $150 ship
for free.

Delivery can take 2 to 7 business days depending on where you order from.

We ship orders from the USA and Canada, depending on where you are located.

WHITE HILLS KNIVES works with a variety of shipping couriers and delivery
companies, including the ones listed below. We automatically send out the order
with the best option available. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your
shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of
your delivery.

Keep in mind that tracking information will be updated online one (1)
business day after your order has been shipped.

Taxes

United States

There are currently no taxes or duties charged to orders delivered in the
USA. 

Canada

For orders that are placed within Canada, customers will be charged federal and
provincial sales taxes -- these depend on which province the order is being
shipped to.

order still hasn't arrived, please send an email to info@whitehills.us

Returns:

We are happy to return and refund any
product you are not satisfied with within 30 days of its shipping date. Items
to be returned/refunded must be returned in saleable condition in order to
receive a full refund. In order to initiate the return process please follow
these steps:

1. Have your original order number ready.
2. Contact our Customer Service 24/7 by email at info@whitehills.us When your order is approved for
   return/refund, we will e-mail you a return label.
3. Once we
   receive your item in saleable condition we will issue a refund MINUS
   SHIPPING COSTS to your original form of payment.

Please note, due to the nature of personalized products, WHITE HILLS KNIVES does not offer returns. We do have a 30-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee,
meaning we will do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your
order. If you have any issues with an item you have received, please reach out

take to receive my item?

customize an item, but it looks messy?

Do not worry, the instant customization
tool may not work 100% of the time. You can continue with your order, and we'll
reach out to you to make sure the design is done properly before we engrave it.

- Will my custom
design look exactly like in the preview illustrations?

Please note the previews are only for
illustration purposes. The actual product you receive will look much better.
The tool we use to display instant previews cannot be accurate 100% of the
time, it just to give you a rough idea of the end product. But before we
personalize your item, we make sure it'll come out looking perfect. That means
we take the time to make any adjustments necessary, for example centering it
properly, fixing spacing and sizing issues, etc.

- Do you have a

items and have a stringent quality control department. All of the
personalization and engraving is done in-house; the items are hand-finished

$150. WHITE HILLS KNIVES has a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 to USA.
