I originally bought this as a gift with custom engravings on the leather casing as well as the knife…the original came in with no engravings on either. So I complained and they sent me another one for free, which I thought was great of them. They even over night shipped it, I was so grateful. When the second one arrived, the case was really poor quality and the knife was not only rusted, but it was scratched all over as if it was previously returned or sent to me out of spite? Maybe that was coincidence? Overall, I was disappointed. Thankful they sent me another, but that replacement was worse than the first. Won’t be buying anything else from here.
