Excellent service and quality. They even read the notes on the order / shipment page and quickly responded / fulfilled my request. We were headed out of the country for a wedding and had been struggling with a really nice personalized gift option when I found this. Shipping times and rates were easily found and the company clearly displayed expected processing times. We really needed as quick of a turn around as possible in order to receive the shipment in time, they responded by the next day that the order was processed and out for delivery. I had even offered to pay extra if it was possible to expedite processing more than normal but they fulfilled my request any ways.
